A Coincidence of Carnivals
Chris Weimer is hosting Biblical Studies Carnival XIV at Thoughts on Antiquity. There are several posts that I hadn't read that I found abnormally interesting. Among the most interesting links, one I had read, is one to Chris O’Brien's Northstate Science. Chris O'Brien is even further from a biblioblogger than I am but he is a professional archaeologist with extremely broad interests and important insights. It is good to see the biblioblogging community reach out to those not specifically part of that community. (Full discloser: I suggested the inclusion to Chris' post, "Apologetics Archaeology." Perhaps others did also. I was pleased that the other Chris Weimer included Chris O'Brien's post in this month's carnival.)
And now for an abnormally interesting coincidence: It turns out that Chris O’Brien is hosting the anthropology carnival, Four Stone Hearth, 8. And it looks to me that Chris added a fifth stone, "Open Access." While all of the entries in this month's Four Stone Hearth are of interest, none are more so than the ones on open access.
I hope my readers will drop by both carnivals and enjoy the great work of Chris and Chris and the abnormally interesting posts to which they both link.

You shouldn't be so apologetic! Indeed, I'm thankful you showed me his post, as it was right on topic. I really wish I would have put more posts in, but I feared it getting too bloated...
Hope all is well, Duane!
Chris
