Is a Better Score Better or Worse?

The science types are testing their Bible Knowledge. So far, the scores I've seen are at 90% or above. According to afarensis and PZ Myers "Zeno did worse." I thought I'd give it a try.

You know the Bible 96%!

Wow! You are awesome! You are a true Biblical scholar, not just a hearer but a personal reader! The books, the characters, the events, the verses - you know it all! You are fantastic!

Not too bad for a guy who is largely stuck in the Late Bronze Age. I must have missed two. I wasn't sure about which of the Jesus miracles was "first recorded" nor was I sure of who was David's grandmother. I likely got both of these wrong. I was also tempted to answer George Burns to question 20 but since I knew the answer I was able to resist the temptation.

Really testing Bible knowledge would require giving four reasonable answers for each question. The most obvious non-answer was Henry the Eighth as an option for the first king of Israel.

The first miracle is water into wine, and David's great-grandmother is Ruth. Cheers.

Yeah, I looked those up right after I took the quiz. But I didn't want to give them away, what with all the help I gave everyone on question 20.
