My Predictions for 2008
Apparently, God has made a prediction for 2008 but his prophet won't tell what it is. Well now that the year is a few days old and I have had a change to get a feel for it, to align my thoughts with its cosmic impulse as it were, I am ready to give my predictions for 2008. They may not be a good as God's but I'm willing to commit them public scrutiny.
- There will not be a massive attack on an American city killing many thousands, perhaps millions, of people. It's not that I think this impossible, just not next year.
- California will not fall into the sea. I have made this prediction for many years and it is never wrong.
- There will not be a major volcanic eruption that covers large urban areas anywhere in the world.
- Forest fires in California will destroy one or more homes.
- A hurricane will strike Florida causing damaging property.
- The earth and the moon will remain in orbit.
- Glaciers will continue to melt at higher than historic rates.
- The second coming of Jesus Christ will not happen.
- No universal cure for cancer will be found.
- The people of the United States will elect a
rationalmoralhonestDemocrat as President.
All but the last one are identical to my 2007 predictions. After all, I did quite well with those predictions. What I can't understand is why the main stream media never asks me what I predict.
