Cuneiform Digital Library Update
Jay at mu-pàd-da tells us of updates to the Cuneiform Digital Library. I hadn't browsed this growing online reference for a while and his post gave me the motivation to do just that. Because of my own abnormal interests, I was particularly pleased by the additions to the Digital Corpus of Cuneiform Lexical Texts (DCCLT) collection. One text that I hadn't noticed there before is the four column (Sumerian sign, Akkadian, Ugaritic, Hurrian) vocabulary text RS 20.429+ from Ugarit. This text is based on the Sa vocabulary series. It has a special place in my heart.
For those with less abnormal interests, there are many other wonderful things to look at. Drop by Jay's place and then take a link to your favorite collection.
