Happy to be Included
"We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus -- and nonbelievers." Barack Obama, Inaugural Address
I do worry that the President still excluded some from the list. Perhaps it is time to stop making such a list and simply say, "We are a nation of people."
As Mark Twain wrote in his notebook, "All I care to know is that a man is a human being--that is enough for me; he can't be any worse. I can get right down and grovel with him."

I'm not worried. If he included everyone, it'd be a very long list indeed. Do we need to list Raelians? Neo-Hellenists? Taoists? We non-believers constitute a large majority, it's about time to get some recognition. For too long it has been "so long as you believe in *something*". :)

Oops, meant "large minority".

Let's hope he will keep up with his inclusiveness.

I'm happy to have been included twice: Jew & non-believer :)
