October 21 Is Coming
Not so long ago Harold Camping was sure the world will end on October 21. No doubt due to a combination of illness and embarrassment about Jesus not returning on May 21, he isn’t saying now. One of his followers, John Ramsey, is not sure one way or the other. He’s agnostic about it.
"I wouldn't say it's not possible," Ramsey, whose family The Huffington Post profiled in May, said recently. "I couldn't say no, but I couldn't say yes."
Well, I’m not agnostic about it. I am completely sure it won’t happen on that date. I’m also completely sure that on October 22 some member of the press will ask Camping and Ramsey how it turned out that Camping was wrong (again). But no one will ask me why I was right again. Like Camping, I too have prophesied concerning the end of the world. For some strange reason the press pays no attention to my prophecies which are nearly always correct while they seem to not be able to get enough of those of guys whose prophecies are nearly always wrong. I know this in part because no one contacted me when Jesus didn’t return on May 21.
